If your product is defective, immediately let us know by sending an email to email@example.com, call, message or WhatsApp on 07517103690, receipt of the message will be acknowledged and your product replaced. Please follow up if you do not receive acknowledgement of your communication.
We are unable to accept returns on products incorrectly purchased and products damaged due to customer error.
Lastly, we do not accept returns or items that have been opened or items that have been delivered incorrectly.
In all returns, clear photos of the damaged product would be required, showing the defect/ damage. Mobile photos would suffice.
We offer a 30-day, no-hassle refund policy. If you aren't completely satisfied with your purchase, simply send the product back to First NAD Ltd and we'll promptly refund your money. If you cancel your purchase within 24-hours, we can unconditionally refund your money. If the item has already been posted you will have to return the item to First NAD Ltd, with an unbroken seal, on receipt. Your refund will be actioned on receipt of the product so returned to First NAD Ltd.
Dietary supplements should be taken in conjunction with, and not as a substitute for, a healthy lifestyle and balanced diet. Dietary supplements should not be taken without the appropriate consideration and consultation with your doctor.
It is your responsibility to pay any shipping costs when returning a product. These costs are non-refundable. Should you receive a refund on your purchase, the cost of shipping will be deducted from it.
The time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you will largely vary on your location.
Should the item you return be over £50.00, we strongly encourage you to use a trackable shipping service or shipping insurance, notifying First NAD of the tracking number. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item(s).
Sadly, we do not offer refunds on sale items. Only regularly priced items are refundable.

Once our team processes your order within 1-2 business days, expect to get it within 3-15 business days, after purchase, depending on customs clearance. UK deliveries should be quicker than European, USA, Australia, and New Zealand’s delivery times.
